In 1999 I attended the ABS School of Bladesmithing taught by Harvey Dean and Mike Conner, and have been forging
blades as a passion ever since. I adhere to the highest standards of strength and functionality, and every blade
and sheath is completed from start to finish solely by me.
I am currently the Curator of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum in Virginia. I have a masters in Museum
Studies and a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and have been working the museum field for
many years.
I love history, archeology, craftsmanship, primitive skills, writing and playing music, bonsai, writing fiction
and all kinds of other things. I am an artifact freak and you will often find me out looking for arrowheads or researching
some ancient sword!
